Tim O’Donnell
All For You Janitorial, Inc. was originally founded as a residential cleaning service in 1994 by Tim O’Donnell and his wife Debbie. Tim and Debbie developed a strong belief that superior customer service and attention to detail would eventually lead to success in this extremely competitive industry. In 1997, after performing cleaning services for several small businesses in and around Lake County and expanding the cleaning staff to include 8 employees, AFYJ began providing cleaning services to Andrews School in Willoughby, Ohio. Over the next several years under Tim’s leadership, AFYJ earned a reputation for being a top-of-the-line cleaning company, and Tim was invited to begin providing cleaning services to several private schools in and around Lake County. The company was incorporated in 2002 and became All For You Janitorial, Inc., shifting its focus to specialize in educational institution cleaning and maintenance. Through word of mouth, the company grew exponentially. As the company’s President, Tim has continued to be dedicated to providing proactive and personal customer service to all of the company’s customers, resulting in happy customers and a strong, resilient company.
Joe Krajnyak
Joe Krajnyak joined the AFYJ, Inc. team in 2008. He has been in the janitorial and chemical businesses for over 20 years, and is well-known in the Cleveland area for his expertise in both specialties. He is CRI certified, Green Seal and LEED trained, and has spent 10 years as a teacher/instructor in the custodial field. Joe specializes in hard floor care maintenance and remains active in the sustainability community. Joe has been a much-needed and invaluable addition to the AFYJ, Inc. staff since his arrival, and he serves as the company’s operations and sales manager.
